RMA number needed for return of any materials. No returns on material after 30 days. 20% restocking charge may apply.
Tooth Returns:
Eledent & Viform: Unground, Full and Broken sets are acceptable for return within 90 days of purchase for a credit to your Fricke International, Inc. account.
Replica: No returns on Broken sets. Unground, Full sets are acceptable for return within 90 days of purchase for a credit to your Fricke International, Inc. account.
No checks or refunds to credit cards will be issued.
Any missing or damaged items must reported with in 7 days.
Failure to provide correct shipping address will result in an address correction fee per Fedex/UPS.
